Isabelle Hertz Coaching offers career & business coaching powered by personal insights. (Yes, I wrote that tagline!) Isabelle was looking for a full rebrand that authentically reflected her personality, style, and values.

I partnered with Isabelle to create her brand story, strategy, visual identity (including custom illustrations) and web presence. The best part about working with Isabelle is that I truly worked with Isabelle! She coached me on my business so that I could experience her style firsthand.

I enjoyed reflecting on how she works and what it was that drew her to this profession. My favorite aha! moment in the project was the tagline “career growth powered by personal insights” which came to me while I was doodling logo concepts.

After our first meetings and workshops I developed a comprehensive brand strategy and creative direction guide, and then a brand identity guide complete with rationales for colors, typefaces, design languages, logos, wordmarks, brand voice and copy style.

I designed Isabelle’s logo, a lightbulb with a blooming flower in place of a filament, to illustrate her coaching style which facilitates both organic growth and ‘lightbulb’ moments.

In addition to creating a full brand identity and website, I helped Isabelle design a custom journal which she gifts to her individual coaching clients.

Isabelle Hertz Coaching is a great example of the kind of custom project work that I offer for clients who are ready to take their existing brands or businesses to the next level.
